Digital Products, Programs & Courses
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific product checkout page.
We do not generally offer refunds for:
- Online courses
- Digital downloads
- Membership access
- Mini-programs
- Recorded trainings
Any exceptions or guarantees will be clearly outlined on the relevant sales page.
Consultations & Coaching
Private consultations are scheduled time slots. If you need to reschedule:
- Please give at least
[24–48]hours’ notice. - Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Refunds for consultations are generally not provided once the session has been completed, as you have already received the value in the form of time and expertise.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing a product or program, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to restore access or resolve the issue.
Chargebacks
If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may be considered a breach of these terms.
